Lemon balm tincture has historically been used for*:

Side effects and contraindications:

Hypothyroidism – research has shown that lemon balm can inhibit the binding of thyroid stimulating hormone and iodine synthesis, the conversion of T4 to active T3 and the binding of auto-antibodies found in Grave’s disease

Active Compounds:

Volatile oils including citronellal, geraniol, linalool, tannins, flavonoids

Adult Tincture Dosage:

Take 1ml - 2 ml of tincture three times a day (based on 1:2 herb to alcohol ratio)
