Goldenseal tincture has historically been used for*:

Gastric ulcers

Gastritis

Side effects and contraindications:

Do not use in pregnancy as Goldenseal stimulates the involuntary muscles of the uterus. Do not use while breast feeding without seeking professional advice

Active Compounds:

Alkaloids including hydrastine and berberine, essential oils, fatty oils, resin

Adult Tincture Dosage:

Take 0.5ml - 2 ml of tincture three times a day (based on 1:4 herb to alcohol ratio)
